Every endpoint is metered hourly. At the end of the month we bill the higher of (a) your prorated hourly usage, or (b) the monthly floor for the tier — $50 / $90 / $125 for Basic / Pro / Enterprise. Heavily-autoscaled or mostly-idle deployments never pay less than the floor; high-utilisation deployments pay exactly what they used.
